RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Due to the exclusive nature and high demand of our merchandise, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that your product selection, sizing, shipping address, and billing address are correct at the time of purchase, as orders cannot be modified after submission. Orders may only be canceled if there are critical errors. Stock is not available for size corrections or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@thisisastudy.com within 30 days.
SHIPPING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Most orders ship within 1 to 5 business days after being received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. For domestic orders over $150 USD, packages are shipped with Signature Confirmation service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
You are responsible for all duties and taxes on international orders. If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties or taxes incurred, and the cost of returning the package to Studies, LLC. These amounts will be deducted from your merchandise store credit. If the return fee exceeds the value of the merchandise and shipping, the package will be abandoned and no credit will be issued.
Depending on your country, you may have the option to pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout. Pre-payment guarantees that no additional costs will be due upon delivery.Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, the destination, and the value of your purchase. These charges are nonrefundable and are set by your country’s customs authority.
If you choose not to pre-pay duties and taxes, you agree to pay them upon delivery. We cannot guarantee these amounts, as they are determined by your local customs authority. It is your responsibility to pay these charges if required by your local authorities.
INVALID OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS
If your order is returned to us due to an invalid or insufficient address, you will be charged for reshipment. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, you will receive store credit for the merchandise total, less the shipping cost.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost by mail couriers. If your package is lost, please contact the courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) directly to file a claim. Couriers are best equipped to assist in locating missing packages.
PACKAGE INSURANCE
We partner with Order Protection to offer package protection and insurance. If you experience theft, damage, missing items, incorrect items, or issues with returned shipments, you may file a claim directly with Order Protection.
